This charming 5 to 6 bedroom house is settled on a private 8 acre family compound, and is the perfect place for hosting family reunions and weddings. Anna's Pavillion is a 5 minute walk into the heart of Southwest Harbor town, a 20 minute drive to Bar Harbor, and only 5 minutes drive to Acadia National Park.
On the 1st floor the Pavillion has 1-2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large screened in porch. On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is also a large 2nd floor balcony with a covered area to sit outdoors and enjoy the view in any weather. Also off the master bedroom there is a small balcony . Every room is decorated tastefully with different themes from around the world.

Deposit of 1/2 of a week's rent is due 7 days from when

The state of Maine charges a 7% lodging tax on all vacation rentals.
